Bupati Belu, Willybrodus Lay melakukan panen wortel di lahan milik BUMDes Siata Mauhalek berlokasi di Desa Dualasi Raiulun, Kecamatan Lasiolat, Kabupaten Belu perbatasan RI-RDTL, Selasa (14\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Turut mendampingi panen tersebut, Ketua DPRD Belu Theodorus Manehitu Djuang, Anggota DPRD Belu Ignatius Ati, Staf Khusus Bupati, Pimpinan OPD, Pj Kepala Desa serta para petani desa setempat.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati Willy Lay memberikan apresiasi kepada Bumdes dan para petani serta warga Desa Dualasi Raiulun yang telah menanam wortel sekaligusbwujud mendukung ketahanan pangan program Presiden Prabowo yakni Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Selain membantu kebutuhan warga sehari-hari, wortel ini juga nantinya bisa dipasarkan ke Dapur MBG terdekat,\u201d ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>Willy Lay juga meminta warga untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong secara baik, sehingga bukan menjadi lahan tidur tetapi memberi dampak ekonomi bagi kebutuhan keluarga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya minta agar para petani bisa memanfaatkan lahan kosong ini menjadi produktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi rumah tangga,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Kepada para PPL, Willy Lay menegaskan agar dapat mentransfer ilmunya kepada para petani untuk menanam kopi jenis arabika karena lahan ini dengan ketinggian 800 Mdpl cocok untuk ditanami kopi jenis arabika dan lagi untuk tanaman pendukung\/pelindung sudah ada.<\/p>\n<p>Kesempatan itu Ketua Bumdes Siata Mauhalek, Oscar Bau dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa, lahan yang diolah untuk menanam wortel seluas 2,75 hektar yang dikelola oleh lima kelompok tani yakni Poktan Sinar Lakmau, Haelulik, Fatumuti, Beiseuk dan Poktan Semangat Milenial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHari ini kita melakukan panen dilahan Poktan Sinar Lakmau dengan luas 1,6 hektar,\u201d ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laporan Yan Manek Atambua, NTTOnlinenow.com &#8211;
