Salah satu warga yaitu Bapak Paul (50 tahun) menyampaikan kehadiran listrik dari PLN sudah lama dinanti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDulu sebelum ada listrik mayoritas penerangan untuk kegiatan warga di Tanjung Boleng menggunakan Genset dan lampu Minyak Tanah dimana sehari membutuhkan sekitar Rp50.000 untuk membeli BBM itu pun diluar biaya perawatan mesin bila ada masalah, dan semenjak kami pasang Listrik ini, Token Listrik kami beli Rp 50.000,- sudah sebulan lebih belum habis juga meskipun aktivitas di malam hari lebih lama dari sebelum PLN hadir\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu Kepala Desa Tanjung Boleng Hamzah berterimakasih kepada PLN karena dengan masuknya listrik ke Desa Tanjung Boleng tentunya mengakhiri penantian warga Desa Tanjung Boleng terkait listrik yang selama ini mereka rindukan dan mendorong pertumbuhan kegiatan ekonomi warga Desa Tanjung Boleng. Ungkapnya saat hadir melakukan peresmian dan penyalaan perdana jaringan listrik di Desa Tanjung Boleng yang berada di Kecamatan Boleng, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat pada tanggal 6 Mei 2020 lalu, di kantor Desa Tanjung Boleng yang dilakukan langsung oleh Manager ULP Labuan Bajo didampingi dengan Kepala Desa Tanjung Boleng.<\/p>\n<p>Selama Pandemi COVID-19 ini, PLN tetap berkomitmen membangun infrastrukur kelistrikan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.
