Batsheba Elena Corputty mengatakan terkait masalah tunggakan iuran listrik rumah sakit untuk bulan Desember lalu telah dibayar pihaknya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Masalahnya sudah diatasi. Tadi siang sudah langsung dibayarkan,&#8221; ujar Elen sapaan akrab ketika dikonfirmasi awak media usai kegiatan di DPRD Belu, Timor Barat wilayah perbatasan RI-RDTL, Rabu (22\/1\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, kendala tertundanya pembayaran iuran listrik rumah sakit lantaran belum diganti spesimen baru di Bank, dimana setiap pergantian Pimpinan harus dibuat spesimen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nttonlinenow.com\/new-2016\/2020\/01\/22\/hari-ini-pln-akan-segel-meteran-listrik-rs-gabriel-manek-atambua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Baca Juga : Hari Ini PLN Akan Segel Listrik RS Gabriel Manek Atambua<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya baru pergantian dan SK pelantikan baru jadi kemarin dan SK itu dibutuhkan untuk membuat spesimen, karena harus ganti spesimen di Bank,&#8221; terang dia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu spesimen baru ambil di kantor atas BKD dan baru diproses tadi untuk pergantian spesimen, sehingga kendalanya disitu,&#8221; tambah dr. Elen.<\/p>\n<p>Dijelaskan bahwa, setiap kali pergantian pimpinan baru otomatis untuk cek segalanya harus membuat spesimen baru di bank. Sementara di Bank NTT tidak mau kalau hanya nomor pelantikan saja sama juga dengan di BPJS.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi harus ada bukti fisik tiga lembar dari BKD yang menyatakan itu bahwa saya pindah ke rumah sakit.
