Penghargaan ini merupakan sebuah refleksi terhadap upaya Nissan untuk menempatkan para pelanggan sebagai prioritas utama. Survey ini menjaring 1.537 responden, yang merupakan pemilik dan pengguna mobil pribadi yang minimal diproduksi tahun 2000. Dalam CSS tahun ini, atribut tingkat kepentingan (importance) dan kinerja (performance) mobil yang disertakan ada sembilan buah; meliputi Daya Tahan, Konsumsi BBM, Performa, Pengendalian\/Handling, Kenyamanan, Harga Beli, Fitur, Teknologi Keamanan, dan Layanan Bengkel Resmi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam upayanya untuk terus meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, Nissan menerapkan salah satu pilar Nissan Way, yakni befokus pada pelanggan sebagai yang utama, dengan mengadakan berbagai inisiatif, seperti memperkuat jaringan dealer (saat ini mencapai 121 outlet dan akan terus bertumbuh), juga penyelenggaraan kegiatan guna meningkatkan kualitas SDM Nissan untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi pelanggan, seperti mengorganisir kegiatan Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency (NISTEC), Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency (NISAC), Nissan-Datsun Salesforce Excellence Competency (NDSEC), serta terus memberikan sosialiasi dan training mengenai standar pedoman pelayanan pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nttonlinenow.com\/new-2016\/2016\/11\/11\/nissan-motor-indonesia-hadirkan-outlet-nissan-datsun-di-kupang\/\">Nissan Motor Indonesia Hadirkan Outlet Nissan Datsun di Kupang<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pelanggan Nissan maupun masyarakat umum kini dapat mengakses Call Center untuk mendapatkan informasi produk, penjualan dan purnajual, mengatur jadwal perawatan atau perbaikan di dealer, dengan menghubungi NICOLE (Nissan Care Online Assistance) di nomor 14023 dan mengakses layanan 24 jam Emergency Road Assistance (ERA 24).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami berharap Nissan dapat terus diterima oleh semua masyarakat dengan segala keunggulan yang dimiliki.
