Apakah dinyatakan sudah lengkap atau belum pihaknya menunggu informasi dari Kejaksaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita menunggu petunjuk Jaksa, apakah dinyatakan lengkap (P-21) atau belum lengkap (P-18),&#8221; sebut dia.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Tobing, jika dinyatakan lengkap (P-21) maka akan ditindaklanjuti dengan tahap dua yakni pelimpahan tersangka dan barang bukti. &#8220;Sebaliknya jika dinyatakan belum lengkap maka penyidik akan melengkapi berkas sesuai petunjuk Jaksa,&#8221; terang dia.<\/p>\n<p>Diberitakan sebelumnya, dua orang tersangka berinisial JSP (34) laki-laki dan AS (30) perempuan kedapatan membawa 4.874 narkoba jenis ekstasi oleh petugas Bea Cukai di PLBN Mota&#8217;ain, Desa Silawan, Kecamatan Tastim, Kabupaten Belu, Timor Barat wilayah perbatasan RI-RDTL, Rabu (29\/5\/2019) lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua tersangka mencoba untuk menyelundupkan ribuan butir ekstasi seberat 1,861 Kg ke Indonesia melalui Pos Lintas Batas Negara (PLBN) Motaain. Atas perbuatan itu kedua tersangka diduga melakukan tindak pidana Narkotika.
